"If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, you should. It is in a perfect location looking out onto the beach and the sea. Rooms were very large. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This is definitely the place to stay in Nice. It is centrally located. You can walk to everything. You can walk to the market. And excellent restaurants within 2 minutes"

"Central location, big modern hotel. A staff member explicitly told us the pool closed at 1030 and when I brought my kid to swim we were told quite rudely that the pool closed at 6. The rooftop becomes a bar and restaurant after 6 and that is open until 1030. Just miscommunications but not handled with warmth or apologetically. Meanwhile, the sea was too rough to swim in (so it was not a substitute for the pool at that moment) and the rude staff in fact denied that the red flag meant that the lifeguards deemed it unsafe to swim. It was so bizarre and I felt like the focus of this hotel was not guests but perhaps the bar clientele? Sad because I wanted to love it."
