The overall cleanliness was good, I had two concerns, the mildew that was obvious in the shower stall and the cobwebs and spider activity, in the corners of the wall, over the blinds. If you moved the blinds it disturbed the spiders. Some clorox/tilex spray would solve the mildew issue and a broom or duster, the cobwebs.

「The staff is friendly, the grounds look pretty good. It’s an older hotel but it has been renovated and is being maintained very well. The room was clean, comfortable and smelled pleasant. ECU is very close by and there are places to shop and eat within a few miles of the hotel. I will stay there again very soon. 」
「I don’t usually review but this was by far the best hotel I have stayed in during a trip to Greenville. Rooms are not huge but well very laid out, with beautiful finishes and great storage options so the room didn’t end up cluttered with luggage! Quiet, roof top bar is fun, staff friendly and helpful! Love the convenient downtown location as well. The extra time it took to finish this hotel shows and it was well worth it!!」
