Thank you . All our motel room are a standard size with a queen bed and en-suite. We do have 2 Bedroom apartments ,maybe If you return this will be more suitable.

Hi Wei, Apologies the bin was missed. The weather with all the lightning caused the black out across Launceston. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about not having power.

Hi Jo, We are a small complex and provide one car space for each room. I'm sorry you found this inadequate on your stay.

Hi Cam, We have recently updated the photos for each room, and listed description on all third party websites. So guests are not mislead and you can clearly see there are no doors on the main bedroom. We have planned renovations to our property over 2024 - 2025 to address issues you have mentioned in your review. We appreciate your feed back.
