Welcome to the Signature MGM condo-hotel! We're thrilled to offer our guests FULL access to all amenities at MGM Resort Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool and Wet Republic. Our property is just a block away from the vibrant Strip and boasts spacious rooms at incredible prices. You can easily reach the MGM Grand via a series of walkways, and the monorail station is just a short stroll away.

$55 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE IS DUE TO HOST BEFORE CHECK IN.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft Signature Studio Suite and enjoy sweeping views of the Strip. The suite features a kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, mini-fridge, dishwasher, and all kitchen essentials for light cooking. Great room and view.

Excellent room with nice shows/tub combo. The kitchen also had all we needed.My only complaint was the checking in if the car. It wasn’t as streamlined and for me it took about 40 minutes to get it all sorted out.Still, the stay was phenomenal and I will surely come back.
