Place was very close to the strip. Which made it very convenient. This is a must for large groups or families that want to stay together and not in seperate rooms. Defently re booking on another trip back to vegas.

Right away the communication with Dan was great. He made sure I had all the instructions to get into the property, he was easy to reach for questions, and very attentive to any needs of our. The property had 6 queen sized beds as advertised. It was a perfect fit for our party at 6. The location of the hotel is directly on the strip and makes it very easy to navigate the most popular parts of Vegas. The property was small and we'll kept but does have a smaller pool and jacuzzi. The kids still enjoyed it. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And was a great host and we would definitely stay again.

Stay together should be stay away.

The host was very polite and responsive. The unit was dirty. The carpet needed a serious cleaning with what looked like muddy foot prints. There were ten of us but they gave us 4 towels. It took 24 hrs to get the additional towels. The bathrooms were dirty and my wife had to clean them. The view was nice.

This property looks beautiful and awesome online when you do the search. In reality, it doesn't have the view like advertised. There was some miscommunications about the security deposit. I was able to search online and got a phone number. The host got in touch with me and was able to communicate directly with him. We had a good experience. Positive: The property was centrally located so we were able to walk everywhere. The place was clean. Communication with the host was very good. He asked about our vacation, and I told him that it was for a birthday get away. He stocked up water bottles in the fridge for us. That was really nice. We all loved it. The beds were comfortable. The place was roomy enough for all 6 of us. We had a good time. All in all, we give it an 8.5 out of 10. Negative: Check in was at a different place then the actual property. You have to walk up 1/2 a block to get to the property. The towels were small so we could use more towels. We were too afraid to ask for more in case we got charged a service fee. I should have asked, but didn't. The phone number should be listed on the property as well as Expedia or wherever they advertise. It took a while for me to search and found the phone number to get in touch with the host.

The best part about the stay was the quality for the value compared to other places. It lacks many amenities that others do when staying at them, though I don't regret purchasing this over others. I had an encounter during my stay with an employee that was extremely rude to me and a few other travelers and she wasn't helpful at all. I was forced to wait for the security officer who was busy at the time(around 20 minutes), just to tell him that my key had stopped working, something I'm positive a receptionist can at least assist with. Overall though, very nice place in the middle of the Strip.
