One king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It's on the 12th floor of Tower Three at MGM GRAND Signature Towers. Fully-furnished w/amazing strip views, F1 track view, Sphere view, Jacuzzi, full kitchen, gym, free WiFi internet, pools and access to all the MGM resort amenities. ( such as pool and restaurants) Additionally, there is a pool right in front of the building.

Among the 3 connected buildings there are Starbucks, a cafe and restaurants for more convenience. Smoke free environment. The bedroom has windows on two sides w/ great views to Luxor, New York New York, Stratosphere and the Ferris wheel. Indoor path connected to MGM resort and casino with walking distance to the strip. Top shopping mall the Miracle Mile and the shops at Crystals just a block away. It pretty much covers all your shopping desire.

Check in is easy as any other hotel at the front desk. Free valet parking, There will not be a daily clean service but you will receive plenty of towels and sheets. You may request clean services at additional fee. The front desk will ask for a credit card in case you want to order room service, in-room movies, dry cleaning, etc.

Amazing Stay!

We stayed at the property for my daughter's 21st birthday last weekend and absolutely loved it! The hostess is fantastic with great communication, the views from the suite were amazing, the suite is lovely and cozy, and the location was excellent!! Would definitely rate a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!lovely and cozy, location is perfect

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Our communication with the owner was easy and quick. Location of residence and to Casino was excellent. Would recommend to others that require more space and a full kitchen.

We had a great staycation at the MGM Signature in Las Vegas. The room was clean and the check in process was easy. June was a great host and we appreciate her letting us stay at her property. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Nice place with full kitchen.

Place was clean, had full kitchen with quality appliances, convenient to the Strip. I would stay here again. The only negative is that the balcony is over 4 large a/c chillers which are noisy. But you cannot hear the noise inside. It was very quiet. As previously mentioned, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you June!!

Overall nice property and we enjoyed our stay

We always enjoying staying at the MGM Signature! It is one of our favorites due to being pretty low key after a long day on the strip and wandering through casinos. Also, each tower has its own pool so and this means they aren't generally crowded. This was our first time booking the Signature through VRBO. It was a pleasant experience and the property owner, June is very easy to work with and communicates well. Our main issue was the room just didn't get the cleaning it should have. I believe the unit owners are at the mercy of whatever housekeeping is offered. June was great and addressed this issue with us directly. I'm also guessing with everything getting back to "normal", it has been hard for every part of the travel industry to get the needed help. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The perfect space

The property itself was a great location for our needs for the convention the cleaning could’ve been better like all the glass and mirrors and the carpet needs to be steamed but overall we were definitely stay again great view relaxing comfy bed we would love to come back

Really spacious & Nice

I enjoyed the space & the view on the balcony of this private condo. I would just only suggest they look into cleaning the carpet. Other than that this is a really nice condo/hotel suite.

An ideal place to stay.

Despite an initial hiccup with the cleaning when we first checked in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed. This is our third stay at Signature and this was the nicest property we’ve had. Excellent communication with the owner. Loved the space, the two bathrooms and the kitchen. Such a comfy home from home. Will definitely use this place again when we’re back in Vegas. Thanks again.
