A great place to stay in Las Vegas

This was a beautiful place with lots of room and a great view from the balcony. The only problem was parking on Friday night , too many people and not enough parking spacesSo I had to park at the MGM grand hotel parking for one we are to go take your seat evening.

Great location

We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.

Great spot for a stay in Vegas

This was a wonderful apartment and the MGM Signature is lovely. It was much less busy and wild than other hotels and resorts, with a beautiful, quiet pool, nice fitness center, Starbucks and other places for food. We really enjoyed our stay. Checking in was a challenge because the valet parking was full and we had to park at the MGM Grand which is much farther than it seems with a bunch of luggage. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Great Location for the F1 Vegas Grand Prix

Our 8th floor accommodations in tower 2 of The Signature Towers at MGM was perfect. The apartment was clean, had high end appliances, well stocked kitchen along with a great location with a balcony that had views of the strip. It also had indoor walking access to the MGM Grand and also the monorail station inside of MGM…all a short walk indoors. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall we had a great stay here.

Great place for families

This place had everything we needed for a week long stay with two young kids. MGM is a huge place, so getting from tower 2 at signature to the casino floor is not an insignificant walk, but it was not as long as we were expecting. We had planned day trips to Death Valley and Grand Canyon during our stay, so we rented a car, and having each tower have its own valet stand was a big advantage for getting the car out in a reasonable amount of time. Also, having access to both the signature pools and the main MGM pool area was a nice plus. The room was great for the 4 of us, with a separate bedroom for the parents, and the kids were fine on the pullout sofa in the living room. Was nice to have a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, coffee, toaster, microwave, so we were able to make quick breakfasts from time to time. Communication with management was prompt and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again for another family trip, maybe looking at day trip to Zion or Bryce Canyon next time

Flawless

This was my first time renting through Verbo and I was very pleased with the whole process. I hadn't been to Las Vegas in decades and selected this location because on the maps it looked close to The Sphere. It was not close enough to walk (my fault) in the heat of an August summer but there is a monorail stop in the connected MGM Grand hotel that worked out just fine--I'm a New York City resident and use public transportation all the time. The apartment was so much better than expected, extremely clean and well appointed, and the bed was very comfy. The building was very safe, quiet, and had a really nice pool that I took advantage of. There is a small restaurant in the lobby with decent food and coffee, but there are loads of other options within (indoor) walking distance. The host was terrific about staying in touch and asking if I needed anything--something you don't always get with other property rental companies. I would definitely recommend the apartment and host for other guests. Well done!

Revisit to MGM Signature towers

This was our 5th stay at the MGM signature towers, we have actually stayed in every tower in different apartments one being the UPS. We’ve always been very satisfied with the cleanliness of each apartment and never had to raise a concern until this stay. The carpets throughout the apartment really did need a very deep clean as did the sofa in the lounge. The carpets were really stained and dirty there was evidence of spillages of both liquids and and other substances. The sofa was the same. I wore bedroom slippers throughout our stay and covered the sofa with towels. I did bring this to the attention of the owner and the rental agent nothing was offered to rectify the situation. I must add on a more positive note the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets were clean as were the bed linen and towels.

Birthday Vacay

I could not have asked for a better accommodations for my first trip to Las Vegas. The room is exactly as advertised with wonderful views from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel overall was very nice. I will definitely be coming back here when I return to Vegas!
