Amazing time
Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!

21st Birthday Celebration
Amazing home, great amenities and overall just felt like home. Travel to the strip is 10minutes. Hoover Dam is 20 miles and the airport is 5 miles away! Very convenient location, would highly recommend this home!

Our family stayed at this property over spring break and had a great time. House was very roomy with many games and great accommodations. Close to the strip and Fremont Street. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Spacious home perfect for a family getaway
The property was the perfect size for our large family. The backyard gave the kids lots of activities to keep them entertained. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely book this property again.

Very nice home
My family and I recently stayed in this home and it was super fun. My kids enjoyed playing with the ping pong table, the basket ball hoop and the football table. The grown ups enjoyed the blackjack table while the kids entertained themselves. We did not get to enjoy the pool as the weather was hotter than we were used to but we will definitely stay in this home again. The host was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything while we were there. Overall, I rate it a 5 star since my kids especially requested to rent the same place when we return to Vegas. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your super clean cozy home.

Nice place and worked for what we needed
Note: any issues we had on this property, the management of the property did a great job of addressing them. Pros: - Nice size place - Felt cizy - Plenty of cool amenities and entertainment - Comfortable beds - Easy to use - Great communication with management Cons: - Far from the Strip - Neighbors were loud all hours of the night - We had to wash all sheets and towels upon arrival because they were not cleaned - Driveway had broken glass all over along with screws and other material - Kitchen utensils were SUPER dull, recommend getting a sharpener or new knives for cutting - No large pans for cooking - Swimming pool was oversold in listing. Much smaller in person when listing makes it look like it's large. - AC has major issue if the temperature gets above 100 degrees. We were here during the hottest time of the year in Vegas and the house couldn't cool down below 78 degrees. Once the sun went down and if the temps were below 100, it was much better. - Room next to front door gets the most sun during the day and was unbearable even with AC on when temps were above 100 degrees. Overall, the house worked for what we needed it for and it was comfortable for the most part besides the hot days. We were just disappointed that the pool wasn't really usable and the sheets and towels smelled bad when we first started making up the beds and taking showers. This was all reported to the contact and she did whatever she could to help make amends or rectify the situation.
