Kann ich nicht empfehlen
Die Anlage wurde wohl gerade erst vom Vater übernommen und ist in einen schlechten Zustand. Fast alles Aussagen zur Einrichtung stimmten nicht. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Fernseher, kein Internet auf dem Zimmer (nur an der Rezeption, bezüglich in den direkt angrenzenden Zimmer. Kein Zimmerservice, es wurde einfach nicht gemacht. Einzig das Frühstück war ganz OK. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen. Das Bett war eine Frechheit, steinhart und die Matraze mindestens 20 Jahre alt.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was a little odd that there weren’t numbers by the door so you need to remember which room is yours but nothing too major. We had a late flight that day from Santo Domingo and Bartolomeo let us check out late and enjoy a full day at Las Galeras. Would definitely stay again if I were to return to Las Galeras!

Zimmereinrichtung und Bad sind sehr alt und nicht sauber. Kein warmes Wasser. Kein 3 sterne Hotel Standard. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Vor allem entschuldige mich. Wir haben das Mädchen, das die Reinigung durchführt, gewechselt und, unerfahren, dafür gesorgt, dass einige Zimmer nicht perfekt sauber waren. Wir entschuldigen uns noch einmal. Jetzt räumt das Mädchen sehr gut auf. Wir hoffen, Sie wiederzusehen, um die Änderungen zu schätzen!

Esperienza straordinaria!posto incantevole immerso nella tranquillità e in posizione fantastica x effettuare escursioni nelle spiagge vicine...Bartolomeo e Carolina sono persone fantastiche che si prendono cura dei clienti senza fargli mancare niente, coccolati come a casa...colazione e cena ottime.super consigliato!!!!

piacevolissimo soggiorno
abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti al Jardin del Coco e l'esperienza è stata ottima. Curato e piacevole l'hotel, con bellissimo giardino e una fantastica balconata/terrazza dove sostare in relax. Ampia la camera, buona la colazione, ottima la cena (consigliatissima!). Staff molto disponibile: Cristiano sempre gentile e di valido aiuto nel fornire qualunque informazione, Bartolomeo (il proprietario) di grande compagnia e sempre disponibile
