The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The owner Laila also allowed me to store my bike travel case at the house while I cycled around Cyprus for 2 weeks which was an enormous help. Staff member Danu was very friendly and helpful (also drove me to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee). Communication via text messages from staff was also helpful while coordinating arrival time, key arrangements etc. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I return to Cyprus.

Room 10 review.

The stay in general was ok, my only criticism I had was that the air con in the room was not strong enough to reach all parts of the room and the air for the air con was not cool which affected my sleep. The second criticism was that during the duration of my stay was that no one came to empty the toilet bins and the bin stayed full during the my stay. I was not advised of any bags to I could change the bins, the same goes for my bedroom bin also.

Scam, horrible, smelly, fire hazard, no refund.

They say "comfortable house and studio with garden" but actually they don't even have private toilet, it's shared toilet. I am sure the omission is completely unintentional (sarcasm). Extremely run down house, smells of mold as soon as you enter. Heavy smell of Indian food with curry. It seems to me this house/hotel is a fire hazard esp since there is no government inspection. I asked for a refund via hotels.com and the hotel denied. I said they dont mention shared toilet in description but they said we dont care. They steal from government as they split up the total fee to online fee and "cleaning fee", about 33% of the price which you have to pay cash (15 euros). This way they pay much less tax. Check out the other reviews, they are dreadful. I would not stay there even if you paid me. Nice of them to deny me a refund (sarcasm). They have on hotels.com a German number but they are not German and they do not accept any messages via email, its not working. God knows how many people paid fees, saw toilet is shared, left and never got their money back. Total scam, avoid.

So dirty, needs a HUGE cleanup

This place needs a huge cleaning rooms, lobby, kitchen and worst toilets cannot be kept clean by too numerous users and family Cleaning and drying appliances constantly running making noise
