"Très très bien accueilli malgré que nous sommes arrivé avant 16hrs. Les employés nous ont accueilli en français. Très très propre. Le déjeuner était très bon et vaut vraiment la peine car les restaurants à Barcelone n’ouvre pas avant 8hrs le matin et il y en a peu d’ouvert.la seule petite chose qui nous a manqué est un petit frigo dans notre chambre et des débarbouillettes."

"Breakfast was very good, with a variety of good choices. However, it would be nice to have larger cups for tea drinkers. Also, the tea bags were very substandard and far too weak. Suggest residents walk with their own teabags. Receptionists were brilliant and very helpful."

"A vastly overrated monstrosity. Stay at your own risk. This is NOT a 5 star facility. The restaurant staff are terrible. They allowed me to book a 1045 pm table (not late by any BCN weekend standards) only to call me at 1050 as I was arriving to remind me the kitchen would close at 11 pm. When I arrived I was told: "Your table isn't ready yet." So you're calling me... to rush me in... while I'm walking in... and you actually don't have my table! And then we would only be served an hour later... by the 'closed restaurant'!?! It was Twilight Zone level stuff of a 1-star or minus-1-star facility. No apology offered by a soul in the restaurant. The place has no fully seat eatery during business hours, beyond a scorching sun soaked roof top bar & a smallish 1st floor bar, not fit for any kind of business engagement. It's a gauche operation. There's a list of similarly starred operations that operate with the appropriate & requisite level of professional care and quality. Choose any those."

"LOCATION!! My rating for this hotel is for its location!! It has a lot of bus stops close by and 10 min walk to the train station and mall. The front desk staff was ok. We had issue with our AC which would stop working ecerytime we left the room even ifwe didnt remove the key card from the slot. And lot of times our calls were not picked upso we had to run downstairs asking them to fix the AC. The breakfast is a very standard continental breakfast and if you are vegetarian, its cereal, fruits and breads. Overall it want an unpleasant experience but nothing over the the top either. It was good to have accomodation for 3 in one room with 3 beds. "

"Nuestra estancia NO fue agradable, el aseo de nuestra habitación dejó que desear. Se notó que las tazas de café solo las enjuagan, no las cambian pues use una para una medicina pegajosa y en la noche tenía un poco pegado al fondo, y la cucharita pegajosa!!! Las fundas se zafan de las almohadas, mismas que no tienen una funda propia y se ven las almohadas tal cual son, muy desagradable. La regadera salpica tanto que moja el papel de baño y todo el piso. Se acabaron los kleenex y no los repusieron hasta el tercer día y eso porque les dejé una nota. Dejamos un vaso usado de un brandy que nos trajeron del bar y nunca lo recogieron. En cuanto a la habitación, se ve que medio lo “modernizaron” pero bastante chafo, las puertas del closet no cierran y así muchos, muchos detalles que yo no puedo considerarlo arriba de un hotel tres estrellas."

"The hotel was in an excellent and safe location, we could walk to most places or take the close by subway. The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."
