The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. The lady in charge of the rental was incredibly kind and even helped us check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. I can only say great things about this place! "We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is that no one told us we could have our included breakfast at The Market restaurant on the 3rd floor until we happened to go there on the eve of our second night for dinner. Far better than the Clubhouse, so we did enjoy their sumptuous breakfast buffet on our last day."
