"The hotel beach side is lovely. I love the Acqua restaurant. The food is excellent especially the breakfast buffet. It is very clean and the staff and servers were exceptional! They all are friendly and helpful. The staff in the executive lounge were also very hospitable. I cannot say the same for Tides. Tides restaurant during our Feb 14 dinner buffet was not good. The food buffet selection was awful. I see multiple empty or almost empty platters. So there’s not much to eat. We always had to wait for the back kitchen to refill the server platters. Lastly, my only complaint was the laundry charges. I had a one time laundry fill the bag for php 3500. Upon checkout the total laundry php 10323. That’s about $120 USD! I submitted this issue and no one has responded to me. It’s been over 2 weeks since we left for US"

"Beautiful property with an amazing pool and beachfront area. The service was excellent and they did a great job at accommodating our request for gluten-free breakfast items. There are also some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance to the hotel. And we absolutely loved the 3 PM chocolate hour."

"They did not offer ocean view with king size bed as per my booking reservations! They gave me a two twin beds for my husband and i followed by a queen! The cold smelled horrible and was filled with mold. I checked out after that! "

"The room was dirty when we checked in.we had to track down housekeeping just so we could put our stuff down.the room smelled of mold,only one key card work so when I went down and try to return to my room I was stuck on the elevator 10 maybe 15 mins untill a person was getting off at my floor the patio and pool closed at 9 so I was to to leave the patio when I was sitting by myself drinking a beer .just not a good time for me "
