"Beautiful hotel in a not very nice area of San Jose, close to museums but didn’t feel comfortable to walk around at night time."

"Our overall stay was nice. We especially enjoyed the pool and refreshments at the pool. However the check in took a full half an hour, we had to stand in a long line to check in and there was only one person working. We were exhausted after flying for 14 hours and they dont seem to care. There were other employees behind the desk and they should have had 2 people checking us in. We also asked for a room with 2 beds via email 3 days ahead and they made it sound like they were going to accommodate us but when we got there it was still one bed and we asked again and they gave us our key and acted like we would be getting a room with 2 beds but we didnt, so we had to share one bed. We wont be staying there again. It should not be rated a 9 on expedia."

"Always a great hotel to stay in. Rooms are spacious, pool is nice, always clean and orderly. The best part is the staff, they are helpful, friendly and always doing their best for the clients."

"They cacelled our resevation because they had a big group and made a big deal because my girlfriend arrived the next evening and not checked in with me but i paid for 2 person room."

"Staff was very friendly, the facility was very nice, and very clean. They could use some sort of air freshener for the rooms but other than that no issues. Not that there was unpleasant smell but just a bit stale. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again."
