「Good location however if driving parking can be difficult, though paid parking across the road. £7.50/24 hrs. It is above a pub so can be noisy. Room spacious as we were 3 adults. Tea/coffee in room. Nice view from our room. Ocean views. Staff helpful. We had no hot water first night and they tried their best to get sorted. No air conditioning - a small fan in room - was hot, albeit middle of summer! Nice breakfast included- continental and cooked if you wish.」

Main hotel spaces are light and spacious; nice venue for the good breakfast. Only giving 4 stars because bedroom in Annex was small, with small window (above head-height) and v. warm in July - it’s expensive for a room of that size and comfort.」

「We loved Pedney. The small garden is a tropical delight with various seats well placed in the sunny spots. The “shepherd hut” is of course small but also very well thought out to make the most of every inch of space. It has been created with flair, comfortable and luxurious with everything you need including a comfortable bed, a powerful walk in shower and a well equipped kitchen. And all of this comes with a basket of goodies to eat and drink - a great welcoming gift. It’s in a great location...
