Guests may access all areas on property except our utility closet and storage room. Those doors will be locked.

The desert is home to many creatures, lizards, desert mice, rabbits, hares, snakes, scorpions etc. For the most part these animals are more scared of you and are just looking for food/shelter. We have an on-call service if you are ever having any issues with wildlife. If during your stay you have any issues with wildlife, please do not hesitate to reach out!

To use the pool, please turn the pool pump on 3 hours before use to clean the water. Pool cover stays on at all times the pool is not in use.
We do a toy inventory check after each stay. We would much prefer to be notified if anything breaks or isn’t working.
WE ARE ON A SEPTIC TANK, please NOTHING but TP down the toilet.
