This is a cute 400sf remodeled standalone guest house with private fenced patio. It offers a well stocked kitchenette with brand new appliances, luxurious modern furnishings, ductless AC/heater, 55" smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, etc. Keep in mind, the guest house was built in the 50s, so we have updated all electrical, plumbing, floor, ceiling, windows, fixtures, laundry room (separate entrance), etc. However, we still have the original shower stall, door and the original wood paneling to compliment the old farmhouse feels.

The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Laundry access is only available for guests who stayed for longer than a week, booked multiple stays the regular basis.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.

Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from the main house. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of others, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis.
