Welcome to The Loft at Riverside, a small space in a great central location and close to downtown Lancaster. Great for 2 guests, the Loft is the entire second floor of the home, with a deck leading to the access door, and a half set of stairs up to the living space. It has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, large island, stove, and refrigerator. The large living room has a day bed and coffee/tea bar. Bedroom has a queen bed. There is no TV in this space. Beautifully clean and well appointed . Kitchen could have had more utensils but overall solid good. Late night noise (talking and going in and out) from downstairs tenants but we’d stay again!!!

Great stay!

This was a great location. The property was wonderful and close to everything. We were there for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook , but made some other awesome discoveries like the Grocery Bargain Outlet, Primanti Brothers, etc., Would highly recommend!

The location is very convenient and easy to find. The loft has a separate entrance and it was all we needed for our training weekend. Overall was a good stay.

Volleyball tournament

Nice place to stay for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, only 14 minute drive to spooky nook sports . Enjoyed proximity to historic Lancaster and visited central market. Owner was responsive to questions and provided detailed check in and check out information.

Amazing time!

This property is beautiful and perfect for two. Everything is so close to all the places we wanted to see and eat at. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We will come back here next time we’re in Lancaster!

Everything was very nice. Clean, quiet, up to date. We were informed of everything as far as parking and how to get into the loft. There is no tv which was fine with me. We would definitely go back

Lovely decor, great location.

Fabulous place for 2 to 3 people. Travelled with my sister in law, she had the bedroom and I slept on the very comfortable day bed in the living room. Beautiful decor, very clean and well appointed. Would work great for a family off three good space for a child to play..Very safe neighborhood and convenient for sight seeing in Lancaster.

The place was very clean and comfortable. As for staff we didnt see anyone. It didnt have a TV, we didnt know until the day before, we had to take our shoes off at the bottom of the stairs, not horrible, it was as if we could have no noise for the tenants below. A breaker flipped in the morning when we turned on coffee maker, i alerted the landlord at 730am, we got back at 5ish and nothing was done. We needed the outlets that were connected to the bedroom for hisbands Cpap machine. Landlord didnt get back to us. So we had to go downstairs to the tenants and ask to let us in to flip the breaker. They were kind enough to let us in. I emailed landlord to say what we did and she came back with," allset the tenants fixed it" i replied i know this as it was my husband who had to fix it. Then i messaged that we would be leaving a day early due to the storm, so they could get it cleaned while roads were good, although i think i left it very clean. She replied ok no need to take bedding off, house keepers will do it. Then the original date of departure she messsages me to say everything has to be as it was when we walked in the door and safe travels. We were already home 9 hours away. The tenants below were very noisy, using power tools after 8 PM very loud, for quite a while, but we couldnt make noise. It was nice, clean and warm but there were some flaws.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

My husband and I always plan a weekend getaway for my birthday. This was our first time visiting Lancaster, PA and we wanted something that was both close to downtown, but not right in the heart of it. This Loft was the perfect location. Only a 6 minutes drive to downtown Lancaster. The loft was very clean and cozy. It was really everything we needed for the couple of days we were staying. My only critique is that we were only given two towels and one washcloth for the two of us. And we were staying in January, so the nights did get a little chilly. A few extra blankets would have been nice to have on hand. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very cozy, beautiful place with pretty much everything you need. I love the privacy of the location. There is no television, but i was prepared with a tablet that was loaded with apps to watch movies and my favorite shows. The best was so comfortable, I slept great. Will definitely be visiting again!!!

The apartment was just what I needed for a week of work in the area. Super clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Perfect for one person or a couple. A great kitchen to prepare my own food. Convenient to the various farms I needed to get to each day. The neighborhood felt safe and neighbors were friendly.

We would 100 percent stay here again. It was Perfect for 2 people. Home was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, and bed was comfortable. There is absolutely nothing that I would have changed. Clean, very nice interior. Easy check in process. I liked having the iron and the Keurig! Bed was comfy too. Only thing is communication - I sent a message right after check in to clarify about a second parking spot and never got a response, so I just parked in the road. Didn’t end up being a problem. Would come again!

Beautiful loft

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful loft. No linens or blankets were provided for the daybed, so keep in mind if intending to use the daybed. Otherwise everything else was good and as described. Would stay again.
