"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. It was super convenient, close to the train, buses and attractions. The breakfast was great too, lots of choices for everyone. My only negative was the lack of communication by the staff about an issue with our room I called during the day to have someone fix the drain in the shower because the water was backing up. Someone from the front desk said they would call maintenance but no one ever came. When we got back later that night and tried to take a shower the water overflowed. I made multiple calls to the front desk and had to repeat my story to different people. The next day, the manager was very apologetic and offered to move our room. Also, I mentioned the AC unit and fan were not functioning because I was so hot at night. Our second room was much better. I am pleased that everything was addressed and the remainder of our stay was uneventful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
