「Location is remote and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He recommended a nice place to eat. Breakfast was fine.」

「After a very long day hiking the Camino I discovered I had made a mistake with our booking. Raquel at reception was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job of sorting it all out while we had a beer on the terrace! 」

「個人的にもう一つのパラドールの方が表通りに面してなくの観光客が多くなく落ち着く感じがするホテルの写真ではこちらの方が良い写りでしたが調度品を見学してしまえばもう一つの方が私はお薦めです。ホテルの中は古い格式のある造りで薄暗く重い感じでフロント人も偉そうで馴染みませんでした。2泊しましたが小さな虫が気になりました。」

「The apartment was beautiful and clean. We like it. The only few things we did not like was the bed was very hard, it was difficult to sleep well. The other thing was that they did not change towels daily. Otherwise, the place is very nice」

「A little hard to find. Google maps was not accurate. A nice lady showed us the way. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Staff do not speak English. No one at front desk, but was able to text using Whatsapp and was not a problem. Downloaded their self check in. Nice getaway from the larger centers. Booked another night!」

「Parfait pour une nuit à Santillana Attention, juste pour avoir voulu décharger nos bagages à côté de l’hôtel nous avons eu une prune de 100€. Même pour quelques minutes il faut se garer à l’entrée de la ville.」
