Wish there were coffee makers in each room… rather in the lobby. The roof top lounge was the bomb though!

We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we were seated, it took more time, and the food was not good. I can't imagine how bad service really gets because they were not even busy. Westin, do better if you want to keep loyal customers.

Room was clean and staff was very nice.

The rooms were very clean, each and every member of the staff was kind, extremely helpful, caring and excited to helping us have the best experience not only in their hotel but also in the city. I can not stress enough that this was the very best experience we have ever had at any hotel. Top notch customer service and care
