About 10 minutes away from Lake, beaches and marina, 10 minutes to Sierra Ski Ranch and about 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort; Casinos; Restaurants; and shopping. Five minutes to golf course. Pets are not allowed due to owner allergies. Smoking not allowed inside. Easy access to Hwy 50.
The space
Large deck for outdoor eating and grilling. Living room has Smart TV, with basic cable and DVD player, cozy fireplace. Downstairs Large family room Smart TV with basic cable, streaming channels available to watch with your own account. On downstairs level you will hear steps and noises from upstairs level.

1) The renting guest is required to sign a rental agreement per the county.

3) Self check in, instructions for access will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.
4) There is an external security camera at the front door.
5) The maximum guest limit is 10.
