Welcome to The Turtle Cove condo! Come experience the lake in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 guests! Featuring beautiful views at the 12-mile marker, lakeside pool, indoor pool, a playground, basketball court, tennis court, a private boat launch, and a 10x32 boat slip available for rent! Only 4 steps into the front door!
**Please note, starting July 8th 2024 the indoor pool and hot tub will not be available until further notice due to remodel.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals! Featuring stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with seating for 4!
Living Room
The living room features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the lakefront balcony. Also boasting an electric fireplace!
Master Suite
The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony overlooking the lake. The master bath has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen bed, and closet.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom also features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Outside
The balcony features a bar height dining set with seating for four and of course amazing views of the lake.
Dock
This unit has a 10x32 boat slip available for an extra fee per night. Boat rentals nearby!
**There is no trailer parking on site.
**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.
Neighborhood Description
This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. The Southwood Shores condominium complex is a very popular complex! The complex offers access to a lakeside pool, a clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and private boat launch at no cost to you. It is located just off Horseshoe Bend just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Lodge of Four Seasons, Osage Beach, and many of the most popular bars and restaurants such as Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, H-Toads, Tucker Shuckers, and so much more!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled

● No loud music after 11:00pm
● Please clean out food from fridge.
● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex.
