Family owned Muskoka Cottage with all your modern comforts to make your stay enjoyable. Located on a hilltop with a valley view of the 1300 acres of nature preserve.

Steps away from multiple hiking trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing in the winter. Summer months enjoy Golfing, Swimming, Fishing and Boating. This luxurious Cottage is in a central location to Huntsville, Deerhurst Resort, Algonquin Park, Arrowhead Park and Lake of Bays Muskoka.

Only 2.5 hours from Toronto.

This is a brand new fully furnished 2800+ sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bathroom cottage with a Muskoka room, outdoor deck, games room, firepit and more. This is perfect for 2 families with kids or friends that want to enjoy a luxury getaway in nature without compromising on modern necessities. Message for 30%+ discounts for longer stays.

What is there to do in this area?

Winter Activities include:
-Ski, Snowboarding, snowshoeing and snowmobiling which is 10 minutes to Hidden Valley Ski Slopes & Snowboard Area

Spring, Summer, Fall Activities include:
-Biking, Hiking, Golf Courses, Rock Climbing, Horseback Riding, Local Microbreweries, and enjoy Wildlife Sightings all 10 minutes away
-National parks located 15-20 minutes away including Limberlost Reserve, Arrowhead Park and Algonquin park
-Centrally located to many amenities only 10 minutes away to Deerhurst Resort and Dorset.
-15 minutes to Huntsville

-Property uses a well system which is potable and filtered through a water softener

Parking fits up to 3 to 5 cars

NOTE:
By booking this property the primary guest must complete a Pre Check-in Rental Information Form on behalf of the group where you will be asked to provide ages of all guests, full guest list, names, address, employer of the primary guest and a Photo ID of the primary guest etc.

Unregistered guests will lead to immediate removal of all guests from property and loss of deposit and without a refund.

WINTER: We have hired people to shovel the private driveway during winter and the main road is plowed by the city. However, we are not responsible for the any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel or use snowblower if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city.

Home away from home

House was absolutely beautiful. Secluded and very quiet which we appreciate. House had all amenities plus.. a lot of little extras like google home night lights throughout the house candles. Very relaxing had a wonderful time and would definitely go back
