"The room we got looked like it was being redone just the bed which still had plastic on mattress underneath the sheets two flat pillows and we were put in between working crew men was told we could not change rooms and only hot clean towels once and had to go get them we had a 6 day stay.. would not recommend "

"A man at the front door was so kind to our family. My husband and I were struggling with our bags and our 23 month old and he was so nice and even carried some of our bags himself upstairs.
