「 Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. 」
「Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a good variety of options. Had the 1 bedroom suite,which had a kitchen, came fully equipped, was really nice. Pool was great, and I enjoyed the waterslide. Will be returning. 」

Sam was extremely helpful during check-in and showed us around the property and our room, they also have a ping pong table, deck/patio space right on the water, and a secluded garden which was very nice.
Breakfast was amazing and gets made right away (between 7-9) he even messaged me before we got there for any dietary restriction, and breakfast was different each day.
Sam really puts in extra effort to make your stay comfortable and I was sad...
「Great hotel to kickstart our east coast trip! Only about a 15min drive into downtown halifax which is a blast! Hotel was super clean, pool was awesome and it even had a starbucks! 100% would recommended 」
「Right beside the events center with lots of shopping and food options around. Hotel is newer and has plenty of room and space. Minor incovenience with addition to hotel during stay but will look nice!」
「Nice hotel and great facilities. Large fitness centre, nice indoor water slide and kids splash area. Not much within walking distance so having a personal or rental vehicle is recommended.」
「Our trip to the Hampton inn and suits ( Dartmouth crossing) was absolutely fantastic! The staff were literally the nicest people I’ve dealt with at any hotel I’ve stayed at! When we come back to Halifax we will for sure be coming back here. Big shout out the staff working on August 8th and 9th. 」
「This hotel was a perfect choice for our family. The suite was quite spacious and allowed us to spread out and relax. There are a lot of things to do in the area as it's walkable to the Citadel, waterfront, casino, museum, Province House and plenty of restaurants. Plus, you can't beat the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in. Valet parked and never needed the car the two days there. 」
「All the staff was excellent and had the right attitude. Heather was most impressive. Knew her stuff and was quick at problem solving in a proactive way. Even when she couldn’t accommodate us, she gave a concise, respectful and thoughtful response with an alternative solution. You can’t teach that easily so someone is doing something right here !!!
