"We waited at the door for 30 min to fix it , hair dryer was not working"

"We stayed 3 nights in March. The room was clean and employees helpful but the room smelled. It smelled musty, not sure if the air filter in the air conditioner needed to be changed but it was a strong smell. The hallways and the rest of the hotel did not have a musty odor. I thought the musty smell would go away when the air conditioner was on, but it did not. "

"Room was not clean upon arrival and has someone else’s hair all over the shower , towels were stained , carpet was stained, air conditioner in room was not properly working and wouldn’t turn on unless put on the coldest setting."

"Rooms were clean, and staff was very hospitable. A variety in the breakfast menu, and fresh confectionary would be appreciated."

"The smoke detector had a low battery and kept beeping. I called the front desk the gentleman told me to disconnect it. I told him that would be unsafe for me. So he came to my room and attempted to fix it to no avail. He then switched me to another room only to find two dead roaches and dead spider in the bathtub. I was in town for my son's track meet at FSU. This was a last ditch effort, however, I will never stay at this Red Roof Inn again. It will take an act of congress and a co-signature of Jesus himself before I stay here again. I will sleep in my car."

"This was our first time staying in this location and it was actually a really nice location. I felt safe in the area and it was surrounded by other nice hotels. Our room was nice, it had a musty smell and if the ac wasn’t running (at like 69 degrees) it would get stuffy and smell. They put us in the last room on the first floor, which we thought was nice for exiting etc.It was so noisy. There were doors slamming constantly and it was LOUD. For the record, we currently live in a hotel back home due to a house fire and we never hear anything…so I would never recommend the first floor, room 137. Otherwise, nice and safe location. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was always hot and the water was always available!"
