River Oasis

  • Beautiful pool home!! 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths, 1575 sq/ft split floor plan. Best of all and an Incredible backyard oasis!!! Pebble Tech Pool/Spa, Beach Entry, Swim up/seated Granite Bar, Sunken BBQ Area covered by a Huge Palapa with seating, grill, & refrigerator. Desert landscape! Master and rear guest bedroom have sliding glass doors going to the pool area as well as the extra wide sliders opening up from living area to patio area that lends itself to a beautiful beach feel and a nice home breeze! This home has an open floor plan allowing you to see from kitchen to living area. There is a large pantry adjacent to the kitchen, a linen closet in the laundry room as well as room to fold and hang clothes. The back patio is covered and helps shade the home from the sun while allowing for plenty of natural lighting inside the home as well.

The house was well stocked, pool was just as pictured, plenty of outdoor seating, and great grill area. Eddie was very easy to work with and helpful. We walked for coffee in the morning, to a food truck park one day, and the views were amazing as we did so. Our party was my husband, daughter, and my sister and the house was the perfect size for us.

Beautiful Home and Terrific Overall Experience!

Family spring break

This house is nice and the back years pool is amazing. We heated it and we all enjoyed it day and night. Thank you Eddie for being a great host. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway!

Awesome pool and backyard

Three generations stayed; grandparents, daughter and two grandsons 12 and 14. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool, bbq and gazebo in backyard. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Serene and Relaxing

Very nice! Well equipped with dishes, beach towels, and a cooler for excursions. The outdoor area was definately an Oasis which we enjoyed all day long in to the evening hours.

Great Spot

The house was as advertised. Clean, well-equipped etc. Pool was very nice. Between waterfalls, walk in ramp for little ones, swim-up bar, plenty of seats it was a huge hit! Owner was fantastic - responsive, accommodating etc.

Perfect family getaway home

We went to Havasu from the Phoenix area for a few days to get away and for the boys to do some fishing. The house was perfect! The backyard was great with the built in BBQ and the pool/hot tub. We brought our Alexa speaker and recommend everyone does. The master bed was so comfortable…seriously, the best sleep I’ve had in years. Thanks, Eddie for sharing your little Havasu Oasis with us!

Amazing retreat

I cant say enough good about this home and the owners. Eddie was great to work with and so responsive. The home was ready early and he offered that we could get in early even without us asking. The pool and spa heated fast. Anytime we had questions he answered within 5 min. Thank you.
