「The house was clean, roomy and as described. The hot tub was hot and perfect to end the night. 」

「Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.」

「House was really nice. Host was responsive until check in. Somehow didn’t receive check in information. Had to call VRBO to get access to property, they were very helpful. Casita does not have a futon or hide a bed, so don’t count that as a bed. There were no roll away beds either. One cot and 4 air mattresses. Overall was a comfortable house for our large group and would stay again!」

「We had a wonderful stay in Lake Havasu! This home was perfect for the whole family. The location was great, close to everything we needed, and the size of the house gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy.A couple of things to note: the windows didn’t have screens, which would be helpful during the winter months when you want to let some fresh air in. Also, if you plan on bringing teens or young adults for dirt bike riding, be aware of the neighborhood “Karen.” She means well, but...

「The perfect vacation getaway! This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it felt like coming home! Really enjoyed the patio in the mornings and evenings. So tranquil and relaxing. Comfortable beds and we had absolutely everything we needed!」

「Pros: inside decor, clean home, extras such as a gift basket of snacks, lotion, shower necessities, popcorn, tvs with working apps like Netflix, etc. backyard space was easy for dog and family. Negatives: I didn’t realize it was a manufactured home until pulling up. Also it had a funny smell probably from age of the property. Homeowner was very kind and easy to get ahold of. Hopefully this is helpful for others. 」
