The house was and pool were amazing. The house was amazingly decorated. Was equipped with everything you could possibly need from the kitchen, laundry, to towels for the pool. Had the greatest time staying there. It had a nice view it the lake and was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Look forward to going back.

Desert Perfection!

This property was perfect for two families with kids ages 10-18. The layout of the home worked well so each family had their own sleeping spaces and bathroom.The living spaces and kitchen are spacious and well stocked. The cabinets and drawers are labeled which was very helpful when putting away dishes after cleaning up.The backyard was our favorite! The outdoor amenities kept the everyone occupied when we weren’t out on day trips. I have no guesses as to the number of pool hours logged and corn hole games played, but it was a lot! We enjoyed football games in the backyard and the fire pit on the cool evenings. We dined outside most meals. Don’t even get me started on the hammock…it was ideal for naps, reading, etc. The backyard is amazing!The home is situated off a low traffic street in a quiet neighborhood. I don’t think we saw any neighbors all week. It was so peaceful and recharged us all. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We had no issues with anything but a few questions and Bryan got back to us so quickly with answers, recommendations, etc. A few area activities we loved- renting mountain bikes at Cycle Therapy and biking at Sara Park, hiking at Sara Park, Havasu Hot ice cream at Scoops downtown, walking and exploring by the London Bridge/waterfront (even ice skating for the holidays!), and a day trip to the Grand Canyon.We highly recommend this property! It was fantastic!

Beautiful Oasis

Such a beautiful home and tropical oasis to enjoy with the entire family. We enjoyed the outdoor television while having a barbecue, which was a extra plus. It was fun to enjoy the relaxing sunshine and monsoon storm that came through quickly. We appreciated a beautiful home that made our family vacation extra special. Thank you.

Simply the best!!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property!! I can only say wow!!! Everything you could possibly need or want is here!! The view, the pool, the backyard area and the home essentials are all right here!! The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking essential you would ever need, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hot tub and pool are sparkling and clean and the view is amazing!! Bryan and Laurie Anne are amazing hosts!! So easy to work with and will go out of there way make sure you are happy!! I cannot say enough about how perfect this home is!! We will be back!!❤️

Amazing weekend getaway!

Bryan and Lorie were super easy to work with and the house was awesome. The backyard is spacious and a great place to hangout, with plenty of seating, plus we enjoyed being able to use the hot tub each night. We would definitely book this property again.

Great house and stay!

Favorite house in Havasu!

This house was perfect. We’ve take an annual Havasu trip for many years now and this house was by far the best! The host Bryan was tentative, communicative, and quick to respond. It was close to everything in town and had a beautiful lake view. We’ve found our annual Havasu house and can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our trip to Havasu and any time spent in this house. It was perfect for our group of 8. Everything was very well organized and the furnishings were beautiful. This rental had everything you could ask for and was very well equipped. The owners did an excellent job with the details and communication was a breeze. The pool area was a great place to spend the day when you were not enjoying this fun city. Thank you to Bryan for making our stay so comfortable. We will be back.

Amazing Stay!

My family and I had an amazing time! The house was perfection. Bryan was such an amazing host. Any questions we had he was so fast to respond. The house is so conveniently close to the lake. After the lake we enjoyed the pool and spa. Can’t say enough amazing things about our stay. The beds and bedding was outstanding! My family and I couldn’t get over how nice the house was. We will be definitely making this an annual trip, and staying here!

Lake Havasu City was great and Bryan and Lori Anne made the trip even more memorable. They have a beautiful house and were so responsive to anything we asked them. We look forward to coming back another time real soon!

Absolute Perfection!

This house is plain and simple the ultimate in 5 star!! I wouldn't change a single thing.... the owners have thought of everything!!! Everything you could or would need has been provided. Simply said it was amazing!! The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil needed to whip up a 5 course meal, the living room has the most comfy sectional complete with throws to snuggle with, all 4 bedrooms have the most luxurious sheets and pillows, the bathroom towels are big and soft and most importantly the view!!! This house sits up high and the backyard views of the mountains and the lake are stunning!! It truly was a backyard paradise!! The hot tub which is heated for free, and the pool are just lovely, we did pay for extra pool heat and it was worth it as it was a chilly February. The backyard is an oasis!! Firepit, gas grill, a high top table for games or meals and sun loungers galore!! This house also has games to play for outdoor adventures. Bag toss, Yahtzee, Jenga, also, noodles to float with. Our favorite part was hanging around the fire pit and enjoying the stunning view. Did I mention a tv?? We were able to watch the Super Bowl from the hot tub :) The most amazing part of this house however, were the owners, Bryan and Lori Anne!! Simply the most generous, kind and thoughtful people ever!! We enjoyed working with them and conversing through texts!! If there ever was an issue or you had a question, just send a text!! They were so very helpful with regards to fishing spots, where to eat, and what to do while visiting Havasu!! When I say everything was taken care of, I am sincere in saying that!! It was an unforgettable experince in an unforgettable home!! Thank you Bryan and Lori Anne for giving us this amazing adventure in Lake Havasu!! Our hearts our blessed!!
