You’d be hard pressed to find a more desirable location to spend your upcoming vacation than this stunning and historical Lake Geneva estate.
The Space:
Located across the street from the northern shores and beaches of the lake and just one block from downtown, this whole home plus separate guest house combine to provide the perfect setting for families, a group of friends, or even a corporate retreat. Pack up your day bag and a picnic lunch and spend a full day by the water, conveniently popping to and from the home whenever needed. Take a stroll down Main for your morning coffee or find a new space to enjoy dinner or some evening entertainment. Upon arrival, you’ll notice a spacious, beautifully manicured yard with several areas for entertaining. Gather around the fireplace for an evening of cocktails and casual conversation under the stars or host an afternoon barbeque at the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The patio offers an al fresco dining set of table, chairs, and umbrella that can seat 6. When you’re not out exploring the eclectic city or catching some rays at the beach, this outdoor area is the perfect place to unwind and spend even more memorable moments together.
Inside the main home, aka The Main Event, the bright and airy front sunroom is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet book or your morning coffee while you watch the neighborhood come to life. Heading further indoors you’ll find a cozy living room with plush sofa seating, a mounted smart TV, and gas fireplace where you can light up the ambiance and create a warm setting for an immersive movie night during the cooler nights or months. Bedroom #3 includes a full size day bed with a twin trundle, balcony access, and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 half bathrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms with walk-in showers.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
