「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「Breakfast was decent to save some euro and it was clean. When we arrived at 3pm it was too late for them to set up a rollaway bed for our 4 yr old. The beds were uncomfortable . The location is on a busy street with a bar beside them that plays very loud musaic until 10-11pm some nights.」
