Upon entering, you'll find everything you need to enjoy an amazing & relaxing time, whether you're here for vacation, work, or whatever it may be! Centrally located less than 20 miles from Disneyland, John Wayne Airport, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach & much more. During your stay, enjoy FREE access to The Meadows community clubhouse, pool, spa & office work center! A private and secluded gated entrance welcomes you into the beautiful space, which is comprised of a separate cozy living area, convenient kitchenette, an oversized bedroom with work space, and a full bathroom. In addition, enjoy full access to your very own backyard, complete with BBQ grill, two different outdoor eating spaces and plenty of seating to soak up the California sun!

The living room boasts an oversized couch with chaise, cozy ottoman, and a versatile coffee table with a lift-up top for eating or working. Enjoy your favorite movies or TV shows on the 60-inch flat screen with surround sound. The living room can sleep two additional guests, if needed (Queen-sized air mattress available).

Adjacent to the living room is your very own kitchenette, complete with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker, hot & cold filtered water, ice maker, and more. If BBQ is your thing, the backyard has a 5-burner BBQ gas grill, along with gas stove-top burner.

Perhaps the most comfortable area of the home is your spacious and cozy bedroom, featuring an extra-deep Queen-sized Dream Cloud® mattress, solid wood nightstands and dresser, and a separate work space with desk and office chair for when you need it. Indulge in the comfort and sleep in as long as you'd like with pull-down shades and blackout curtains for your convenience. Plenty of closet space is available, along with extra pillows, blankets, and linens. Just in case you like to watch TV in bed, you're in luck. A separate 50-inch flat screen is included in the bedroom as well.

One of the best things about Southern California is the beautiful weather we get to enjoy year-round. This exceptional residence offers both indoor and outdoor living, with an amazing private attached backyard that features a covered patio with cocktail table, a full-sized outdoor dining table with umbrella, two sun lounging chairs, and a separate covered seating area for reading.

What's even more, take pleasure in having FREE access to The Meadows community clubhouse, which features TWO resort-style infinity pools, an oversized jetted spa, plenty of cabanas & outdoor seating areas, and additional BBQ grills for parties and get-togethers. Play ping pong or billiards, or just enjoy a quiet and peaceful afternoon soaking up the sun. Inside the community center you will find private work spaces available if you need a little bit more of an "office" environment. The clubhouse is conveniently located right around the corner from the property (about a 3-minute walk). This amazing flat includes the entire first floor of a brand-new 3-story home, recently built in 2023. I live upstairs (alone) on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and I have my own separate entrance. There are no shared spaces or open areas, so you will enjoy all the privacy that you need.

Enter the unit from the LEFT side of the home, through the locked side gate, and then through the side garage door, which will lead you inside. Gate access codes will be sent to you prior to check-in.

We loved this place so much!! It was perfect in every way, gorgeously decorated and it had everything you could possibly need while you’re there. The owner was very attentive when we had any questions, and the personal touches that were there waiting for us were so lovely!! I highly recommend staying here!
