Great location, dated house, avoid in heat

The house is in a great neighborhood between Lake Gregory and Arrowhead, really pretty houses. I would suggest not staying when it’s too warm, there was no AC (as stated) but of the 4 fans, 2 were completely broken and the other 2 were half broken so they didn’t oscillate, making the two bedrooms upstairs unusable for sleeping. The house lacked have some basic items like a toaster and blowdryer. No frills, felt like it was overpriced for the summer experience.
