Aloha and E Komo Mai (hello and welcome) to our beautiful direct oceanfront home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We enjoy endless unobstructed ocean views and spectacular Maui sunsets! With the backdrop views of the surrounding Islands of Lanai, Molokai, and Kahoolawe.

The Renovation of Lahaina is well underway. Fortunately, a tropical oasis of 130 properties, including this home on the south shore of Puamana, was unharmed by the Lahaina fire, Maui County has now cleared this section of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in good, safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to enjoy this beautiful oceanfront home.

As you step through the front door of 254-3, prepare to be captivated by the stunning ocean vista that instantly dissolves your worries. Our home features a spacious living room, an inviting lanai, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and high-quality appliances, all accented with touches of Hawaiiana. The second floor hosts the Master Bedroom with an en-suite bath, a Cal King bed with an organic mattress, soft linens for ultimate comfort, and stunning ocean views. The first guest bedroom, located across from the master, offers picturesque West Maui Mountain views and a cozy queen bed. On the top floor, two mirror-image bedrooms provide stunning views—one with West Maui Mountain vistas and the other with sweeping ocean views, arguably the best in the home. Both rooms feature queen beds, with a full bathroom in the hallway between them. The living room is fully air-conditioned, and each bedroom has a wall air conditioner, though many prefer to leave the lanai doors open to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. Please note that the surf can get a bit salty when it is up.

At Puamana, enjoy a refreshing pool, a tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, and a seasonal golden sand beach as you unwind in your tropical sanctuary while remaining just a short distance from the thrills of world-class golf, distinctive shopping, ocean activities, and exceptional dining experiences. The resort amenities of Kaanapali and Kapalua are also easily accessible. Whether you’re organizing a relaxing getaway or a productive retreat, this is the ideal spot to take advantage of everything Maui offers.

Two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway, Foodland Farms, and Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle, are conveniently located within a ten-minute drive.

The property was perfect for our family. The views were amazing and it was centrally located. We saw turtles almost every day from the patio. The only downside was not getting the email or text prior to arrival with information to get into property but after two phone calls everything was fixed and we enjoyed the house and Maui.

Enjoyed the location and fabulous view. House had everything we needed. Saw a whale while we were sitting in the patio! Sliding glass door was broken and waiting for parts to repair. Other than that I would definitely stay at this property again.

We arrived on Monday August 7. We lost power around 5am Tuesday morning and shortly after we lost cell service due to high winds from hurricane nearby. Fortunately one of our family received an emergency text alert on their phone around 4pm about the brush fire in the area. I contacted management first thing in the morning about the power and they said they were aware and monitoring the situation. I never heard from them again until I texted about the brush fire. Again they said they were aware. We evacuates the property around 5 and I texted them to inform them. I never received a reply back. No one reached out to ask about our safety. We lost 4 nights and they have never reached out to us. I have texted and left a voicemail message.

The location and the view was great. This trip was for our Mom and she loved it. Especially with the ocean right there. There were only a couple of things that should be taken care of, if they weren't already. We had called and they contacted maintenance regarding the slider & outdoor fan. We couldn't use the slider to its full potential or the fan. Otherwise, we all had a great time. Thank you

Stayed for 7 nights in February. The perfect location for whale watching on the porch. Super quiet and a great place for families. Beach a little rocky but still fun for the kids and super close to other beaches. Would 100% stay again.

Comfortable, roomy unit. Each couple had their own bedroom. Common area was open and the telescoping doors were fantastic, extending the living space to the outdoors. Extremely close to the ocean with beautiful views of the water, whales, boats and surfers. Grounds and pools were very nice. Pickle ball court was excellent but fairly short hours $30 for small fitness center seemed a bit excessive given it was listed as an amenity. A beach access on the south end of the property would have been nice. Close access to Lahaina but narrow shoulders and no sidewalks made walking uncomfortable but a quick easy drive and free parking. Overall a fun, comfortable unit and location for a group of seven.

While the location is beautiful, this is NOT the house to rent. The management company (Whalers Investment Group dba Vacation-Maui.com) did a poor job and it really negatively impacted our vacation. With this EXPENSIVE rental, this is indefensible. Character limitation will shortcut our review... Our experience began as we walked in the door to see error light flashing on the dishwasher. Uh-oh. We are a 3 generation family of 8 (two toddlers) and we were without a dishwasher for roughly 4 days, adding HOURS of hand dish-washing each day. When we called the management company, they sent over a repairman the 2nd day, who was unable to fix it. The management company then told us that another repairman would not be there until Day 4 AND were told that WE would have to give up a complete afternoon of OUR time to wait through the 6 hour arrival window for this next repairman. They were unyielding on this and made no apologies to us whatsoever. This is the Management Company’s job and insisting that the paying guests resolve their operational issues is a huge red flag. (Perhaps we shouldn’t have been surprised to learn that before departing, the Management Company also required us to take out all of the trash, start a load of their laundry, shut down all electrical usage (including A/C) and be out by 10AM or be immediately charged a penalty $550 fee (we had to text them to tell them we were gone). Other significant operational issues included: >> **the primary door (the slider to the patio and beach) was almost unusable, requiring the grown men (leaning their full body weight) to open and close this primary door. (The only other door was to the carport on the parking lot side of the townhouse.) ***the air conditioning was inadequate in the primary living space as well as the third floor (temps were in the mid 80’s - low 90’s) >> **** the kitchen supplies were insufficient in terms of all drink-ware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils etc. We even had to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper, and garbage bags ourselves to get through the week. >> *****the marketing materials (photos) are very MISLEADING as there is NO second family room, as shown in the photo images (it is just the prior decor of the exact same room) and the hammock, which was a huge draw for us, belongs to the next townhouse, not this house. *** Also issues w shower door, refrig drawer, toilet.... could go on...... DO NOT RECOMMEND @wrmci Whalers Investment Group
