Good cross breeze helps with no AC. Apartment was clean and organized. Washer dryer are old and need replacement. Cookware needs to be updated. Issues with TV and toilet were addressed in a timely manner. Great views from the Lanai. Older building and outdoor area. Grills are inside the swimming pool area.

Great but I will caveat a few things

I think the location, unit, building are great for the price. Decor is cute/on theme. Cannot be beat whatsoever. HOWEVER, there are a few things I wish I knew ahead of time & that the description was more clear. 1) I messaged through VRBO multiple times before the trip to confirm the trip was still happening. Got no response whatsoever. 2) If you look at satellite maps for this location, you'll see that there are huge sand bags on the beach because of erosion. Just kind of a bummer. Not the building's fault or anything but you're not going to get a glorious beach here like a napili or ka'anapali, but I guess the price reflects that. There's a small beach and it's very quiet, which is nice. 3) The unit didn't really have doors inside? The loft room had a sliding rattan screen on one side and a sliding door with slits on the other. The "master" bedroom had a sliding door with slits (louvered) and all the bathrooms had similar doors, so there was very little privacy. Smells & sounds can get through too easily. 4) Parking can be very tight in the basement, so choose your rental car wisely! Every parking incident was an exercise in precision. We had a large SUV and we had to be very careful. 5) If a neighbor below is smoking on their lanai, the smell wafts up into your rooms. This is tricky when the whole point is to get an ocean breeze and there's no AC. 6) Not many bowls. Everything else was stocked very well in the kitchen. 7) Wifi didn't work in the master bedroom, was too far On the plus side... 1) The unit had 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cooler. Very handy! 2) Elevators are slow but never felt that busy. Stairs are also just right there. 3) Sunsets/sunrises were amazing!

Vacation to Hawaii

Wonderful experience! Great location with phenomenal view s of the ocean ! Condo is gorgeous . Kitchen fully stocked . Nice comfortable beds ! Lots of fans since there is no AC . Evenings are cool with all doors and windows open .

The sounds and sights of the ocean are amazing, sea turtles close off the shore and a whale breach about 200 yards out.

As advertised.

Great views. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend new towels and bed sheets. We knew there wasn’t air conditioning and condo had minor stuffiness even with fans.

Nice condo, great location, easy check in/out

Great location for the coast and central Maui. Just a few minutes from Lahaina. Condo was nicely decorated. Beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lanai was very large, with a beautiful view. Keep in mind that no AC means it can get quite warm, but the condo does include many fans, including ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Covered parking was convenient. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying here

The property is a condo located right on the beach. It has amazing views from both bedrooms of the ocean. One bedrooms is open to the living room with a divider. Which is common for these units. The unit is well kept and we were very comfortable. There is assigned parking and an elevator. Pool closes at 9:00pm and the local residents aren't happy if you stay in longer even if you are quiet. The area around the pool is cleaned every day early in the morning. We experienced a heat wave and the unit does not have AC so we used the ceiling fans as well as the extra fans they stored in the closet. Normally you wouldn't need AC... but this time... we could have used it! The condo does have an ice chest... it does not have beach chairs, fins, mask... though there are some laying around the garage you might be able to borrow... I hope to stay here again. Aloha

Nice place and great view!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was wonderful to have two bedrooms and two baths and to have such a wonderful ocean view. They only downside is that there is no a/c and it got really hot in the afternoons.
