Perfect for our family! The staffs were wonderful and very welcoming! Our kids enjoyed the pools every evening! We were able to use showers and lounge area at Sand of Kahana for late flight!

Amazing, spacious property with close proximity to the beach and a wonderful layout. Plenty of close food, shopping, beach access, and the staff is WONDERFUL! Welcome gifts for guests, 24/7 friendly service and tons of great advice from the concierge made our trip so wonderful that we stayed an extra day. 12/10 highly recommend this place!

Well worth it!!!

Overall it was auch a spectacular stay. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The area was fantastic. Beaches, pool, restraunt and convenient store within walking distance. Sunset views on the ocean. Whole family loved it.

Great place with great apartments

Really enjoyed Kahana villa. Our apartment was at the end og building E very close to the highway. So there was quite some noise in the evening and during the night. But apart from that, it was all really good. I would definitely come back another time

We love Kahana Villa especially for the price that we got it for compare to the other condo/apartment nearby. The place is very clean and spacious. Also, the staff members are very responsive and professional. Mahalo!

Our family loved everything about Kahana Villas. Just wow! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it provided ample space for a family of 5. Our room was in the perfect location 201F. Walked right up to the door and the path went almost straight to the pool/hot tub. Gorgeous place to relax in the evening. We used the BBQ grill a few night. Pleasant experience. Only bad thing I can speak about is the roaches. I saw a couple in the sink but my kids noticed them on the trash area.

Our Kahana Villa stay was good in general. What we liked about our stay: -clean -spacious - all kitchen utensils and equipment available - nice view from the patio -easy parking -grills near the pool -warm jacuzzi What we did not like: -they were having insects eradication right during our stay. We were required to remove all the stuff from kitchen and bathroom counters and leave the condo for 2 hours - the bedroom was smelly - they were doing renovations in the condo above us which resulted in occasional noise. Average: -weird reception hours. If it's closed - you need to call another hotel from a red phone on the wall. But they are very helpful and friendly.

Nice condo in a great location. The bedroom did not have air conditioner, but a big ceiling fan, not enough for my family. Also the bedroom qas noisy, due to the road in the back. We were not able to get a late check out but were offered to use the hospitality room where we could shower before heading to airport. A few table placements would be recommended. Also, after-hours check in is available by using the red phone at the door of the check in office. Our key was left in the safe adjacent to the phone. They will give you the code when you call via the red phone.

Kahana Villa is, overall, a decent and solid place to stay on Maui. It’s a great location in west Maui, it’s central to everything like Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kahana Beach is just a few steps away and although it’s small we had a great time there. Kahana Villa is an older property, looks like it may have been built in the’60s or’70s and needs renovation. Our unit was nice- large and had everything we needed. The only bad thing was a large water leak by the lanai door, we had to keep a lot of towels on the floor to soak up the water. The staff, aside from landscaping crew, was nonexistent on the actual property. Check in reception and concierge are across the street at Sands of Kahana and they were fantastic, absolutely friendly, professional, great staff!! Overall I would stay there again due to the affordability but I’d like to check out other properties on Maui before I would stay at Kahana Villa. Oh! The pool and hot tub were perfect!
