The check-in was great as was the staff. Accommodations were great as was the location !!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. In fact, my visit to New Orleans was even more memorable because of the experience here. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning architecture and elegant furnishings throughout the lobby. We originally booked a Deluxe King room but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a King Suite. The suite was incredibly spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was especially impressive, having separate sink and vanity areas for my husband and me was such a convenient feature. The staff was amazing: warm, kind, and consistently helpful. The valet team, in particular, provided exceptional service. The location was also excellent. While exploring, we got a little turned around and did not initially realize how close we were to Canal Street. Although I did not have a chance to try the on-site restaurant or visit the rooftop lounge and pool, my husband said the area was beautiful and offered a great view. I would absolutely stay here again. Hopefully, next time I will have the opportunity to enjoy even more of the hotel’s amenities.
