It is the best property if you are staying in the area. Staff is very friendly. The owner is very involved. The quality of food is outstanding.

Very good option for final night before flight from Rome. Beautiful grounds with good restaurant for fine dinner and complimentary breakfast. Very nice people working here.

Great experience. Does have a shuttle to airport, but not free. They were able to call a Taxi for p/u at 80 EUR. I tried on Uber Black and Taxi apps - but couldn't get a confirmation. Was glad they had someone that would come for the ride. Room was clean - and great service at check-in & check-out. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast with good fresh juices and some amazing fresh baked goods. Was a great last night in Italy.

Haustferie i Ladispoli
Turen var ein kombinert storby -og badeferie. Frå hotellet og til togstasjonen er det ca 20 minuttar å gå, og til Roma er går toga ofte. Hotellet har eit flott parkanlegg med basseng, og ligg rett ved stranda. Hotellerommet var fint, reinhaldet var upåklageleg og betjeninga hyggeleg. Vi kjem gjerne tilbake!

Dejligt ophold - hyggeligt Resort
Jeg var på ferie med en veninde. Vi havde et skønt ophold på dette Resort. Det er et lille og hyggeligt Resort, med en stor have, og meget plads ved poolen. Der er en fin restaurant, strandbar og en fantastisk udsigt til havet. Værelserne er rigtig fine, med køleskab og gode senge. Personalet og ejerne af dette sted, gør det til noget helt specielt at besøge stedet! Virkelig fantastisk service og gæstfrihed. Vi kommer helt sikkert på besøg igen

The lady on the front desk is amazing, and we loved the customer care in the restaurant by Simone and Danielle! This place is so nice!

Good for a few nights.
A clean resort, with great beach access. They have a lovely property but the property is old. It would really benefit from a refresh.

Resort was a surprising oasis in an otherwise non descript area of town. Black sand, beach bar, pool, restaurant, great staff - all made it a perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy

Lovely option close to Rome
Very nice staff, comfortable room, quiet location right on the beach. Breakfast was fine and the servers pleasant. We are glad we stayed there.

Fantastic and perfect!
Incredible gem! We didn't realize how wonderful this hotel was when we booked it. The staff were so friendly, professional and treated us like royalty! We had 2 meals (during our one night stay) at the restaurant and that is not to be missed! It's a bit spendy but wow! The service, the food, the atmosphere is all just perfection! The private beach is lovely! The rooms are decorated beautifully and the pool is very pleasant. The front desk staff is beyond helpful! We felt so lucky to have stumbled upon this lovely resort and our family agreed it was the ABSOLUTE highlight of our last day in Italy!

The entire resort was beautiful and rich in Italian culture. Breakfast each morning were some of my favorite moments. Not only was the continental breakfast delicious but the brekfast host, Titiana, was so real and personable like we knew each other for years. They were a pleasure to converse with. Her and her staff, like Lidia, were some of my favorite people I have had the pleasure of meeting while vacationing in Italy.

Trevlig och charmig beachresort
Trevlig och bra incheckning, stort och fint rum med skön säng, väldig serviceinriktad personal. Låg precis vid stranden men tyvärr väldigt blåsigt och början på sändningen när vi var där så allt hade inte öppnat ännu. Trevlig restaurang med god mat på kvällen och bra frukost.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem and exceeded our expectations. The level of service offered was exceptional and like none we’ve experienced for a long while with our traveling. Each and every interaction we had with staff was very positive and friendly. The property and room was spotless and very comfy king sized beds. The restaurant on site was fantastic and they also provided great food and exceptional service for supper and breakfast.The beachfront location is great, but it wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy on this visit. I’d recommend this accommodation to others and would return if in the area. It was a convenient stop and location before heading to the airport the next day.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il resort è incantevole, si trova sul mare, ha una splendida piscina e un ottimo ristorante interno. La posizione è strategica, ci siamo goduti il relax sul mare e con soli 25 minuti di treno abbiamo potuto visitare i musei vaticani e la basilica di San Pietro. Personale molto gentile e preparato! Una splendida novità, sicuramente torneremo
