Villa with a private pool at 2.2 km. from sea

This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located between the sea and a pine forest in the residence Eden Club. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau. The villa is spread over a slightly rolling terrain, is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms, with each two single beds, a bathroom and shower room or two shower rooms and two separate toilets. The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa. In Eden Club, you can book various villas for six to eight people. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €65 per week.

Tolle Strände, Haus in schöner Umgebung aber deutlich renovierungsbedürftig

Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig, wir hatten uns bei dem Preis deutlich mehr erhofft. Die Ausstattung der Küche sehr spartanisch, Gläser für 6 abgezählt! Kein WLAN! Platten um den Pool zum Teil lose, Gartenmöbel ohne Sitzauflagen, kein Grill, kein Rasen sondern nur moosige Erde, man hatte den Eindruck, dass auch immer nur oberflächlich geputzt wird… Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte nicht gut und wurde wahrscheinlich seit Ewigkeiten nicht gereinigt. Das Haus ist aber sehr schöngelwgen und man ist bei allem Trubel im Ort für sich!

- 4 sociétés différentes impliquées dans cette location (Abritel, Belvilla, Estivel et Vacances Lagrange). Difficile d'établir un lien de confiance. - Changement de propriété attribuée - Erreur sur localisation GPS d'Estivel pour la remise de la clé (1 pour 3 couples!) - Pas de boîtier WIFI disponible pour tout le mois de Juin - on a du se débrouiller seuls pour trouver la maison - Engin de chantier occupant nos 2 places de parking pendant près d'une semaine Malgré ces inconvénients nous avons quand même passé un séjour agréable dans un joli cadre et une belle piscine. Des efforts sont à faire sur l'organisation

Het viel beetje tegen. Huis was erg vies, we hebben het idee dat wij de eerste gasten na de winterperiode waren en dat er geen schoonmaak meer is geweest. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. En er was geen WIFI beschikbaar in ons huis terwijl dit wel in de beschrijving stond. Verder ligt t huis op een mooie rustige locatie aan de rand van t bos en kun je lopend naar t strand. We hebben op zich fijne vakantie gehad maar dit was toch wel erg jammer.

Het vakantiehuis en tuin zijn niet conform de foto’s. Het huis is erg aan renovatie toe en de tuin is veel kleiner dan de getoonde foto’s. Dit is zeer zeker geen € 3750,— waard! Eerder de helft. Zwembad was zeer vervuild met alg en andere rotzooi. Bbq was defect.

Arrivée le dimanche à notre demande, accueil de 10h à 12h très sympatique (nous avions roulé de nuit). La villa est meilleure que sur le descriptif nous avons une chambre supplémentaire avec une douche attenante. La piscine est un peu froide mais tout à fait satisfaisante. La propreté générale est OK. Comme amélioration, il pourrait y avoir des matelas sur les fauteuils de pisicine (en plastique dur)

De villa is exact wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Erg ruim alles mooi in lichte kleuren uitgevoerd. Prachtige ligging en een heerlijk zwembad. Prachtig strand is op 5 minuten autorijden van het villapark. We hadden zelfs een 8 persoons gekregen, terwijl we een 6 persoons hadden besteld. Lacanau sur Ocean heeft een kleine boulevard en winkelstraatje. Daar boodschappen doen is wel prijzig, maar je kunt ook naar Lacanau. Voor andere plaatsen moet je wel snel 30 minuten rijden. Het ligt dus wel een beetje afgelegen.
