The "Atlantic Green V8I" is a spacious and bright 5-room house with a total area of 130 square meters. The property features a tasteful and cozy furnishing, including a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), a dining table, and satellite TV access. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace.

One of the rooms is equipped with a dressing room and a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), as well as a double hand-basin and access to the terrace. Another room has two beds and a shower/WC, while the third room offers two beds and an exit to the terrace. The fourth room also has two beds.

The property boasts an open kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
