「My experience was a mixed bag the check in was terrible. Check in couldn't find my reservation booked with expedia several months in advance. Wouldn't give me my room for the 2 night stay. Then asked me to go find their manager to take care of it. After a long day of travel this was very stressful and took almost an hour to get my room. They blamed Expedia and said I shouldn't book with them. Definitely did not take any responsibility for the situation. Jim at check in was rude and unhelpful....
