"Thin walls, thin windows, and noise in every direction. Only slightly more peaceful than sleeping outdoors. Even though they were fully booked, there is just one luggage cart. (At an airport hotel?!) Bonus points for a small, slow elevator that forced me to carry my luggage up several flights to a room with AC turned off and it’s over 75° in there — perfect way to start the trip The amazing reviews are misleading. Sure, they painted the walls and got some updates on the decor, but who cares about interior design when the priority is sleep? Hearing the dude in the room above walking around tells me the insulation is nonexistent. Weirdest thing was having no microwave in the room (nbd) and instead having one *at the end of the hallway* by the elevator for the whole floor to use! The smell of burnt microwave popcorn is a whole vibe, just not the one you want. Having an unsupervised food prep area on a carpeted floor seems like a health code violation. It’s literally a side table with a dorm microwave. So out of pocket, ick Could not pay me to stay there again. P.S. they don’t read the special requests so call ahead if you need anything."

"First thing you smell when you walk in… FABULOSO! The whole place smelled so nice and clean!!! Went into our room and it still smelled like it had been cleaned recently. It was a bit stuffy, but nothing that the ac didn’t fix. I usually don’t like walking on tile or carpet barefoot, but the room was so spotless that it didn’t make a difference if I was barefoot or not. The bedsheets were actually so comfy and soft! They had what I could only assume as a duvet, I’m always cold at hotels but that thing was delightful to sleep with. Staff was nice and friendly during check in and checkout. All in all, best experience at a hotel so far, and I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels, more expensive doesn’t always mean clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!"

"This was my most pleasant stay to date. I come to El Paso a few weeks out the year and I’ve almost always stayed here. Quick access to airport. Near a ton of restaurants. Nice and quiet. Awesome fitness center. Never used either pool but they seem nice. Free washers and dryers. It’s an all around nice facility "

"CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, CONVENIENT LOCATION"

"This place is severely understaffed. It advertises as having a free airport shuttle but the fact is you can’t pre book this, and need to sit in a telephone line for like 15 minutes until you even get transferred to the front desk. Eventually we took an uber instead. When we arrived there were 7 people in line trying to check in or book a room with one person behind the front desk to help, answer the phone, and potentially close the reception to go and pick up people at the airport. The room was ok once we got it though bedding could have been nicer, the blanket was threadbare. "
