Good value, nice property

Very neat and clean but bulky pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep. No air circulation. Can't imagine what it would be like in mid summer!

We stayed in the new build part of the hotel so all newly fitted. Bunk beds in room were great for the kids. Little details need ironing out such as coffee machine in room but no sockets nearby to actually plug it in! Breakfast was a mixed experience, the food was good but a tiny counter which everyone queued around and as people were standing waiting for toast/eggs etc you couldn't easily reach any of the food. Tried to get scrambled eggs on 3 occasions but each time the dish was empty. They need a duplicate breakfast stand somewhere else in the room or a seperate hot and cold food areas to prevent build up of queues. Hotel a 20 minute drive out of Archachon. Pool was tiny and shared with the apartments and hotel so absolutely packed! 4 sun loungers and pool in the shade of the apartment buildings so a bit pointless. Over all comfortable place to stay for a night but wouldn't want to spend longer there.

Excellent hôtel sur La Teste

Hôtel récent et joliment décoré où l’on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. Personne très agréable, dynamique et pro ! Literie très confortable. Le restaurant est au niveau avec une carte de produits variés et de bonne qualité. Un hôtel qui vaut largement ses 3 étoiles !

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel a malheureusement

• Insonorisation médiocre : Bruit constant provenant de la chambre située au-dessus, particulièrement insupportable vers minuit. • Nuisances extérieures : Un bruit de moteur, probablement lié à la climatisation, se déclenchait toutes les 30 minutes, perturbant fortement notre sommeil. • Propreté et préparation de la chambre : Pas d’alèse sur le matelas, chambre faite à moitié (pas de tapis de bain, pas de gobelet, capsule de café usagée encore dans la machine). • Odeurs désagréables : Remontées d’égout perceptibles aussi bien dans la chambre qu’à l’extérieur. • Manque de réactivité du personnel : Une personne a diffusé de la musique à très fort volume depuis son véhicule, garé devant l’entrée, pendant plus de 30 minutes, sans qu’aucun membre de l’hôtel n’intervienne. • Incident avec le service de ménage : Nous avons surpris la femme de ménage dans notre chambre, porte fermée, juste au-dessus de mon sac. Après lui avoir précisé que nous quittions l’hôtel aujourd’hui, elle semblait ne pas être informée. Les lits n’étaient pas faits, seules de nouvelles serviettes avaient été déposées. • Geste commercial non honoré : Un remboursement prévu pour deux petits-déjeuners n’a toujours pas été effectué à ce jour. En résumé, entre les nuisances sonores, les problèmes d’hygiène, l’absence de suivi et de réactivité, nous avons été très déçus par ce séjour.
