Renovated in March 2024, the apartment can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility of a third on a sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with all comforts: 2 wall-mounted air conditioners, a sofa and smart TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and induction cooktop, 1Gb/s Wi-Fi, and all necessary bathroom and kitchen amenities.
The apartment is in a strategic location, just 5 minutes from the center of La Spezia. The area is quiet, perfect for those seeking comfort and tranquility. The apartment overlooks a shared courtyard, adding a touch of peace and privacy.
Nearby, you'll find everything you need: a supermarket, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and other essential services.
I highly recommend visiting the stunning beaches of Lerici and Portovenere, as well as the Cinque Terre, which are easily accessible by train from the nearby station (500 meters away) or via a scenic boat trip.
Free street parking is available, or you can rent a private garage for €15 per day.
