La camera era sporca: c'erano ragnatele, muffa sui muri, pavimenti sporchi e la vasca da bagno aveva delle gocce sospette sul bordo. Il giardino esterno è trascurato, la vegetazione è molto invadente e vi sono delle zone ancora in fase "cantiere". Per il resto, servizio ottimo, personale cordiale e vista fantastica, dalla terrazza si può osservare il porto di La Spezia

Tout était très bien. Mais il faudrait que la villa soit mieux indiquée sur la route. On la trouve plus ou moins bien. C'est dommage. Ce qui fait que, malheureusement, on risque d'hésiter à y retourner un jour. J. Hébert.

Pessima esperienza: dopo avere prenotato, pagato e dopo avere telefonato al gestore ad ulteriore conferma, quando ci siamo presentati in albergo ci è stato detto che non c'era alcuna prenotazione. Dopo 4 ore di attesa, erano oramai le 17.00 del 31 Dicembre, il titolare ha trovato una sistemazione alternativa in una struttura di livello inferiore, senza la prima colazione e dalle caratteristiche completamente diverse. Essendo oramai la sera di Capodanno siamo stati contretti ad accettare, ma un comporamento di questo tipo è veramente indegno.
