新しくできた別館に通されました、駅直結で便利。しかも白で統一されたかわいらしい部屋に清潔なバスルーム、これでこの場所でこの価格！！とびっくり。 スタッフも皆ニコニコ、掃除のおばさんまでとても親切で明るく、ずっと泊まりたいホテルです。

駅のある建物内、部屋は新しく綺麗です
3つの建物があるらしく、直前、どの建物宿泊か、また目印の写真などの連絡が来ました。その際に到着時間を伝え、当日は入口で人が待ってくれていました。泊まったのが駅と同じ建物だったので、初め近過ぎて分かりませんでした。 部屋にはケトルやお湯を入れる飲み物があり、毎日補充してくれました。 バスタオル等は3日間同じでした。 朝食は、徒歩3分ほどのレストラン朝食券をもらい、パンと飲み物が食べられます。

駅並びのホテル
駅より近い距離にあるはずだったのですが、行ってみたところ、インターフォーン越しに少し待ってほしいと言われ待つこと５分、スタッフらしき女性が来ました。そして駅に戻り、その横にある建物に案内されて２階または３階？なのでしょうか、階段が長くてそう感じたのかもしれません。 レセプションはなく、廊下にあった小さなテーブルでの対応でした。 その後、スタッフの方はどこかへ行かれてしまい、常駐しているようではありませんでした。 このようなホテルは初めてでした。

綺麗で女性にオススメ
予約をした数日後と、宿泊の数日前にメールが来て到着時間をきかれました。また宿泊前に来たメールではこのゲストハウスへの行き方が書かれており、ラ・スペチア駅から迷わず到着できました。 私の部屋は4階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物があるときつかったです。（チェックインの時はオーナーが上げてくれました） 部屋は写真の通りきれいで、清潔感がありました。5月に泊まったのですが、昼は暑く、朝晩は少し冷える時期だったのですが、昼観光に出かけて夜部屋に帰ると暖房、床暖房が付 ついており、浴室にもタオル・ウォーマーがあり助かりました。バスタブが付いていれば文句なしだったのですが…。 朝食は朝食券みたいなものをくれるので、近くの4つのカフェから自分で選んでいけます。 セーフティーボックスもあり、ポットもあり（コーヒー、紅茶なども用意してあります）、WiFiも使え（3日目になぜか繋がらなくなってしまったんですが…）、快適でした。

白を基調とした可愛い部屋。
清潔で使いやすい部屋でした。イタリア語の名前の通り部屋を貸すということで、ホテルではないので、常にスタッフがいるわけではありません。チンクエテッレ観光にはとても便利でした。朝食をつけて予約しましたが、近くの何軒かのバールで使えるクーポンをくれるだけなので、必要なかったなと思いました。

Kitchen was a bit dated but we didn’t use it so it was fine. Location good - near all top attractions. A bit far from train station and airport - approx 40 min by taxi. Lots of shopping and food choices.

Do not come here if you have big luggages - there is no elevator available so you have to climb up the stairs with your luggages. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear our neighbours talking at night.

Está justo a lado de la estación de trenes. Las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amables y si llegas muy temprano te guardan tus maletas, además te dan un mapa y recomendaciones de a dónde ir o qué hacer, se toman su tiempo para explicarte, definitivamente lo recomiendo mucho.

Located right above the la Spezia train station, convenient place to stay outside of Cinque Terra. Clean rooms, and safe area. Breakfast each morning was included and it was served at a small cafe just across from the hotel. I would stay here again.

We chose this hotel in La Spezia to be close to the train that we were planning to use for commute to Cinque Terre. We ended up falling in love with this lovely cozy town: it felt like home. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The parking was paid, but the hotel took care of the arrangements. Breakfast was at the cafe, 2 spots, nearby: we liked better the one on a round about.

Loved that it was right by the train station and the staff was very friendly and helpful! On the flop side, the beds were pretty hard and we could feel the springs (even my daughter who weighs under 100 lbs). We didn't hear trains but the sound of other customers carries very well.

This hotel is very convenient as it is attached to the train station in La Spezia. It was clean and quite spacious for our family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised that we also have coupons for a small breakfast at a cafe across the street. The only downside was that it was a little noisy (as it is at the train station) and when we were there the lock on the outside door broke so it was tricky to get in at one point. Thanks for a great stay.

The location and staff were great! Easy access to trains and town. We felt safe and it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was lovely. The room was clean, elegant, and comfortable. The stored our bags after check out but before our train came. So wonderful!

Wonderful little hotel
Great little place to stay! Perfect location for hopping on the train to Cinque Terre, but staying in a less expensive area.

Es una buena opción para quedar al lado del tren. Restaurantes cerca y tiendas. Sin embargo para llegar a el es un poco inseguro. Pueden haber borrachos y con menores de edad no sería ideal para una estancia.

The hotel has limited good qualities - it is clean and right beside train station so it is easy to get to if coming by train. We came by car and parking lot is about a 200 m walk away and costs 15 euros per night The trains are noisy up until about 9.30pm Breakfast is supposedly included but a voucher is given for a local cafe and only includes 1 croissant and a coffee. Have to walk up about 3 flights of stairs to get to rooms

Prático para ir a Cinqueterre além de confortável.
Lugar gostoso, limpo, moderno. Mas se vc tiver muita bagagem vai sofrer para levá-la de escada ao 3 andar. Fica em cima da estação de trem mas nao tem barulho. E ajuda a sair cedo pro rolê. CINQUETERRE em 10 minutos, irmão. O café da manhã é apenas um voucher para um croissant e uma bebida quente no Bistrot da Mercedes. Pra mim isso é pouco mas foi compensado pela simpatia da dona do Bistro, uma dominincana muito simpática que faz voce querer voltar.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but bed was not very comfortable. Parking options were a bit far away and there was no elevator.
