「I think that you need to post the elevator is in the first floor or the second floor brother do you have to bring up your luggage up the stairs and for us we’re traveling it’s kind of heavy specially if we’re older people like my wife and I but other than that, it was good thank you」

Loved that The Colosseum was 3 blocks away. Many great restaurants with delicious food nearby. We picked up lunch each day and ate at the aprartmebt which was good for us. 」
「We had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)

「We really enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. Public transport is just outside the hotel. The only downside is the noise, due to it's location (right neck to busy streets), but it wasn't loud enough that we couldn't sleep. More like traffic white noise?
