"Gina the host is so welcoming and helpful. She booked several activities for us , horse back riding and pool side massages, both were fantastic and she also got us our first groceries.Directions and instructions are clear and she was promptly responsive to any questions. The meals provided by Chef Lucy were great! And Ramon was excellent, always available and responsive to any questions. The house is great, spacious and nice layout for sharing. The kitchen is well stocked. The outdoors is nice with a pool and hot tub and it is right on the massive beach that is great for walking and going in the ocean. It is a very relaxing place and the near by town is good for restaurants and grocery. A car is required. We all had a fantastic time!"

"We had an absolutely terrific stay at this beach house, as it truly has all the bells and whistles. The location is wonderfully private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, and our vacation could not have been better. "I rarely write reviews and am somewhat reluctant because I don't want the secret to be out on Casa Koch. That said, this house is absolutely amazing and Gina and Greg are hands down the best hosts. Everything about the house was perfect and the amenities were above and beyond. The beach is one of the best in the east cape and La Ribera offers a very chill and local vibe away from all the Gringo craziness. I have stayed in many rentals over the years in Baja and this is by far one of the best.
