Restful retreat
Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.

Our online ad states that our Fireplaces are only decorative, they do not operate. I am sorry that this guest did not catch that and was disappointed. I understand that sometimes it's challenging to figure out unfamiliar systems and I am always happy to assist. However, this guest never reached out or notified me about HVAC issue. After inspection it turns out that battery was low and we always have spare batteries in the drawer. Easy solution with just a quick phone call that could have been made by the guest. I am glad the rest of their stay was pleasant.

Perfect Power Stay!
We stayed for 5 nights over the Power Trip Festival in October and this unit turned out to be just Perfect. We knew that as 60-yr olds hitting a 3 day Rock Concert Festival would probably wear on us so we tried to make things as convenient and lounging as possible, especially during down times. The location, accessibility to everything, the multiple sprawling pools all proved to fit us exactly. We had the condo as 2 br 2 bath with one couple and a single and the layout, amenities, access, location, everything was great. It was so nice sitting out on the patio early in the morning and enjoying rising mountain cliffs right outside the door. It almost looked 2D fake because the cliffs jutted up so quickly and yet so near. Even the top ridge was perfectly clear to the naked eye. We've traveled around the world and never experienced that one. Loved every aspect.

I would have given this rental a five star, but the lights in main bedroom were weird (too dark), and the sofa bed had a horrible dirty smell....other than that, everything else was fine. The complex is well kept, nice pools and ambiance!

This lovely guest booked just one night and never brought up any issues to my attention which would be appreciated. Our living room sofa is fairly new so may be it was a new factory smell, or may be this guest has a hypersensitive sense of smell which could be a blessing and a curse :) I am happy that they enjoyed their stay in all other aspects and I wish them happy travels.

The condo is beautiful, and the gated development is gorgeous! The pictures of the villa don't do the place justice. They have 11 pools! Inna was so easy to work with.

The hubby happy so I was happy … my husband is a very quiet person rarely says anything if it’s bad they’ll tell me it was bad we’re not going back but if it’s good he rarely says anything he just doesn’t say it’s bad ha ha but I must say before we cleaned up and left the condominium he says to me this is the best place we’ve ever stayed at of all the places you’ve chosen in the past. I was floored he doesn’t do that, but everything was quite accurately stated online my only problem was the distance to the polls but that’s because I have a disability little bit of a hike for me so I ended up having to get in the car and drive over which is kind of a problem because it’s so hot to get in the car at otherwise I like the pool layout location and of course my host was amazing because we never had to talk. One little bit of a I guess problem was very little paper products no plastic bags for the trash and very tiny bit of soap left so that I could wash some towels while I was there because they were only very few and I guess that’s the worst of it so I would advise you take your own bags and maybe some extra toilet paper because everything was on low stock it was how can I say just enough but was not much of a cushion if I needed more. I will definitely stay once again and I will be more prepared for the location and getting to the pool

The development is at the edge of a ridge I’d rocky hills. There’s an access road between the homes and the hills that is a wonderful and beautiful place to run or walk!

Lovely Place!!
I had the best time here. The unit was clean and spacious. Inna was very responsive and friendly. When we were running out of toiletry supplies, she quickly had someone bring us some. I can’t recommend Inna’s place enough!

Elegant desert get-away
Inna's condo is nicely appointed with high ceilings, wood cabinets, high-end-ish furniture and appliances. The bed was comfortable. Inna was responsive, communicative and helpful. Though there is very little neighborhood noise, traffic, etc., the air conditioners were loud and you can hear the upstairs tenants when they are walking around inside and outdoors, in Inna's lovely patio, you can hear them on their balcony upstairs talking. (But I'm highly sensitive to noise, so take that with a grain of salt.) The view from the dining table features desert beauty (as you can see in the listing photos) and it's nice to stroll across the street to the clubhouse where you'll find a sweet cafe for breakfast and lunch, hammocks under the palm trees, lovely swimming pool with cabanas, jacuzzi. If you happen to be coming for the Indian Wells tennis tournament, the location is ideal - about 10 minutes away from the tournament!

Disappointing
The condo is located in a nice development with good amenities. We paid a very high rate due to the BNP Parabas tennis tournament going on. That part was fine. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better and the furnishings are tired. The vrbo listing and photos showed that the unit had a gas log fireplace in the living room. When we could not get it to operate, we contacted the host who said it was broken and currently “just a nice decoration.” She said she was going to get it repaired once the “season” was over. When we then asked how to turn on the fireplace in the master bedroom we received no response. Obviously, we were not pleased. We would never rent this unit or deal with the host again.

I stive to deliver the best experience to my guests during their stay. Unfortunately, we had an issue with both fireplaces and fixing them during guest’s stay would have been very cumbersome for the guests as it is a commercial grade complicated repair (not your regular fireplaces). Being realistic and understanding as a guest myself, when I stay at other owners properties, I know that all property owners experience occasional unpredictable things/repairs happen and I would hope for understanding in situation like this also. However, this guest communicated in very insulting and accusatory manner so that I finally decided not to engage with them. I wish them well and hope they enjoy their future trips without any issues.

Relaxing getaway in the desert
Staying at this La Quinta property was a great escape into the desert. The property was clean and the directions were easy/clear. Everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay was available in the unit.

Enjoyed our stay at the Legacy Villas
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Had a little trouble getting in when we arrived, but that was taken care of rather quickly. Condo could’ve been a little cleaner, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Good size for our small family. The condo is located in a good spot. Close to the main pool and the gym.

Great location in the resort
We had a nice stay. The apartment is a bit dark and was not as clean as we would have wanted. We had a few hiccups with a dog in the studio next door that barked all day. And the studio is only separated with a door so it was like having it in the living room. The fridge was also loud and if you have kids sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room it’s not great.

Perfect desert home away from home
I booked this condo for three weeks while competing at the horse show. It was perfect! So relaxing to come back to a cozy one-bedroom and chill after a day competing and walking around the show. I want to especially thank Inna for being so helpful and available when I needed her help.

Quiet but close to activities
Beautiful grounds, beautiful mountain backdrops, lots of pools...swim or do laps, sit on patio read and relax, easy walk to Old Town for morning coffee and treats. Easy drive to any store needed, North to Palm Springs, Southeast thru Mecca to Southern entrance to Joshua Tree Nat'l Park, South to Salton Sea.

Just perfect, just perfect
The condo is sweet as can be with cleanliness throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked although I was by myself so I hardly used anything at all. There’s a little patio on the back which looks out on the mountains but you are just across from the clubhouse. Every night about six or 7 o’clock I swam in the large gorgeous lap pool at the clubhouse and had it all to myself which I’m sure is unusual but with Covid that’s probably why. The grounds are spotless. Inna was very easy to communicate with and promptly responded to any questions I had. I will go back in a heartbeat and I’m sure I will. It was a great escape for me to just get a change of scenery and some peace.

Lovely Family Friendly Getaway in the age of COVID
I was so nervous about traveling during COVID... this was easy, relaxing and so nice! There are 12 pools on the property. This unit is on the corner and across from the main pool. Cabanas are free and first come first serve.. everyone at the pool was social distanced and everyone walking around in common areas had masks on. We had a wonderful stay with our family.

Legacy Villas are close to Old Town, La Quinta’s Waldorf Astoria Resort, the Mountain and Dune courses and Trader Joe’s. Inna’s place comes as advertised. I’d stay again.

It lived larger than it actually was
The condo was in a great location in the community. Right in front by the gates and right across from the clubhouse and a couple pools. The extremely high ceilings in the condo made it feel more like a house. I loved working out on the patio watching the desert bunnies and road runners run about. Great location in La Quinta too. Minutes to old town and minutes to the newer shopping centers.

Inna was the best! Due to COVID we had to reschedule and she was always helpful and quick to respond. The room was right across the street from the main pool and was the perfect location. The room was clean and nicely equipped for our family! We love the Legacy Villas!!
